@Guzzist Thanks, I assume that Timo will include this in the list, whether it will actually be implemented remains to be seen.

@Georgios Hi Georgios, I personally use the Navigation app as a backup navigation tool since my car has a built-in GPS device that indeed has a big screen. Once we're able to develop for Apple Carplay and Android Car I'll probably activate Carplay and download Navigation in my car. (fun fact, we've re-applied AGAIN with apple. Hopefully, this time they'll respond). When we do riding tests (for example this one with an absoutely bomb photo of me and Daniël (the lead developer) at the end of the track) we use several (up to 8 running simultaneously) devices all mounted in a bracket in the back of Michel's Jag. As for battery usage the phones by CAT hold out pretty well, although older models may run the navigation app a bit slow.

@Colin-Cookson Yes, I advise that you read the manual: https://support.myrouteapp.com/support/solutions/articles/12000020530-displaying-multiple-routes-at-once

@matt-falcetta I could not believe that Harley would not be able to read a GPX file. After a google search, i found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmoPKgqMAos So, easy as easy can be.

@Kegels-Peter I know, pdf is made to turn our beautiful computers into ordinairy fax machines That is why it would perhaps be a good idea to only use it where necessary, and for tools such as MRA to provide output in an editable format that users can enrich in accordance to their own needs.

@Patrick-Mitchell Otherwise, create an event and a group. Add your friends to that group and invite the group to the event. You can add the routes to the event.

@Gerrit-van-Kuilenburg I bought some conductive thread and sewed a little pimple onto one finger of my glove. My phone works with my gloves on now. I’m glad that you are enjoying the latest update.

@Frank-Slabbynck Tripy software allows the import and export of GPX files. MRA can export GPX files so the link should not be that difficult? If you have a tripy please check if you can't simply upload an MRA generated GPX file.

I posted the below comment to the topic suggested by @Reinhard-32 , but that forum does not seem to be very active, so I thought I copy it to here as well: @Csaba-Trenger said in Transferring MRA routes from iPhone to BMW NavVI: @Sergio-Resende Hi, I tried this with my Navigator V, and I get the following message: 'File Sharing Not Supported. Your navigator doesn't support file sharing functionality. Connect a compatible navigator to share the file'. It seems, that BMW Navigator is not capable for such file transfer, it only works with other Garmin deices. @Reinhard-32 What is exactly OTG adapter? Is it the one called Lightening to USB 3 camera adapter? I tried to connect m)y Navigator to the iPad by an other adapter, called Lightening to USB adapter, without success. [image: 1583971340498-01a2b8d9-4279-48c1-8979-8f9cdbe53374-image.png] It said that 'This accessory requires too much power' Did you use the USB 3 adapter, having a USB-C inlet, where you can also power it from an external power source? [image: 1583971215100-5d301b49-38d3-43ac-b184-ce51e17a8fc2-image.png] Cheers, Csaba

@Craig-4 I have absolutely no idea how it works and as far as I’m concerned, it’s black magic. Perhaps 7 was too close to where you rejoined your route for the algorithms to kick in?? I fully appreciate what you’re saying regarding leading a group out though, highly embarrassing. This new feature is in beta mode at the moment and I’m sure that the boffins in the MRA lab will be made aware of any issues that might crop up and be onto them. I use MRA Nav alongside my TT because I like the ability to attach notes to coloured route points and read them out. Very handy for little snippets of information about the castle you’re visiting or to alert you of a tricky section of road. I have every faith that if there are issues, they’ll be sorted soon. All the best Nick

@Guzzist you have a point here. GDPR is a european legislation, applies to the whole EU, and stands model for the rest of the world. I know also that it can be a pain to apply correctly and can hav negative consequences for "innocent" people and websites while it is targetting, amongst others, the big internet sharks that trade on private data

@Steve-Koinm I'm sure you won't regret upgrading. There are lots of great tools to use along with all of the different maps. It's the price of a tank and a half of gas! Cheap as chips as we say on this side of the pond

Hi Guy, As for your first suggestion it's already in the works. We too want to have beautiful height-profiles in our routes! Stay tuned, it'll be one of the closer updates. As for the second suggestion I'll add it to the list. However, it'll be off in the future as we're currently having a vote for the future features of MyRoute-app. This is based on initiatives by the MRA team but also by the MRA community. Kind regards, Timo
