@David-Bonner yes, I have noticed that too! I use an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS version 14.7.1 and also the latest MRA Navigation version. Skipping waypoints is really dangerous while driving. A button for skipping a waypoint on the main screen is a good solution! Furthermore, I noticed that the MRA NAV version from last year worked better: the automatic skipping of waypoints and the scale/display when showing the map. It also seems that the route calculation algorithm has been revised. The routes from the MRA Routeplanner were taken pretty much one to one in the "old" MRA NAV version, but in the new MRA NAV version there are some deviations that can certainly be prevented by setting waypoints, but setting a lot of waypoints is not a good solution either... Otherwise, I like to use MRA Navigation for my tours and am eagerly awaiting the new version! Peter

@Staber-Guenter Look for the Sygic thread on this forum. MRA contacted Sygic about this.

@StefanHummelink Thank you. So we know this is not isolated to one operating system. I try to minimise looking at the screen while riding. I find it detracts from all the other hazards.

@Hans-van-de-Ven-MRA-Master That hasn’t been my experience at all, but maybe I just manage to put in all the right waypoints in all the right places or something (so more Andrew Preview than Eric Morcambe🤪)? Only if I use a .gpx 1.1 file do I get straight lines - can I take it that is what is meant by ‘direct route’? I do appreciate that, in such circumstances, where recalculation is required to make lines follow roads, deviation from the intended route is highly likely. Using .gpx 1.0… perfect routes on the 390 every time. I used such a route today, in fact, running concurrently with Navigation (Zūmo bluetooth off to avoid two sets of voice instructions!). Identical renditions.

@Matt-Flaming Hahaha okay. So there is a chance all your reported issues are possibly lurking down the surface in any android phone?

@PAD-0 In fairness to Timo, I believe there was a bug that changed the icon colour. He’s enjoying a well earned rest at the moment but I’m sure that he will correct it on his return.

@Aiello-antonino As you know, I had much the same problems and created a support ticket. I received a confirmation email this morning, saying that this should now be sorted and asking me to check. For me, all is working fine now. It might be worth clearing your browser caches and deleting & reinstalling the MRA app which, while far from ideal, shouldn’t cause any issues (unlike deleting the Navigation app if you have offline maps installed).

@Andrew-Thompson-0 Hi Andrew. I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the navigation app. You can use it for cycling and the algorithms will adjust to suit, unfortunately the Here map used for Navigation doesn’t recognise all of the cycling tracks. Make a ticket in the MRA support section and explain your problem, I’m sure that MRA will be able to help.

@Kudee said in Anroid Mobile Phone and Rain, Display Problems: @Con-Hennekens Ui, you have the same phone? I'm afraid that the camera's optical image stabilizer could be damaged by vibrations. How long have you been using the P30Pro? It's about 2 years old, but I am not a very frequent driver. I use an X-Grip and make sure the back of the phone does not touch the core of X-Grip. So my phone is hanging in the rubber fingers of it.

Ok. Thanks a lot for your answers . My question was indeed to know on which map to build my route on the computer to avoid a conflict between two different maps between MRA and MRA NAV. Now, I know it's the HERE map...
