@Christopher-Gough I am not 100% sure because I never touched my zumo again after discovering MRA. But I think any zumo messes up track navigation if you do not disable recalculation. The workaround is to disable recalculation in the settings, and drive back to the route on sight. I can help if you activate the track visible on screen before you start navigating it.

In addition you can give the via point a name with the upper left icon in the screendump above.

@René-van-Mil, yes, you need to start the navigation foirst, and then you have the three dots menu button. Press it and choos Waypoints (or whatever it says in English). There you can browse through the waypoints and see the info you want.

@Fred-Gilbert, From within Navigation Next that will be released in 2 weeks you can directly browse through your friends routes and start navigation. Of course your friend will still need to make them available for friends or public.

@Will-Brooks said in Bulk change of Shaping Points to Via Points - Feature request: After planning a route I'd like a way to bulk change route points to make them all Via Points. I like the way it is by default - because a Via Point that is not placed exactly in the center of the road makes you U-turn to the Via Point. And sometimes there is a variance in map, or road slightly changed, and you did ride through the point but the GPS still wants you to do a U-turn. Then your whole route is screwed, gloves on, fumbling with the GPS. Using Garmin Basecamp there is a video showing how to avoid this grief by selecting all the middle points on a route, and change them to "non alerting" (shaping points). I am glad that MRA does that by default, and the website for MRA is brilliant the way you can click along a route and only the start and end are "hard points" that must be traveled.

@MARC-HEREMANS-0 From your question, I understand that you are still using the old app Navigation. This app will be available from June 19th in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under the name MRA Navigation Next. With a premium subscription, you can then take advantage of the updated functionality, including turn-by-turn navigation. @P-Meijers Als je een vormings- of viapunt verplaats worden de adres gegevens opnieuw opgehaald, daarom wordt de naam weer aangepast.

@Doug-Robinson, I actually think it is already 90% right. But indeed in situations like this: [image: 1685090736749-92476c38-ca19-4cb4-a3b4-23dc20cc7ee0-image.png] If the WP would be placed on the other side of the route line there would be a loop. You would expect that, when the + shaped cursor appears, that when you click on the routeline, the WP would be placed exactly on the routeline. The software already knows the location of the node that indicates the closest point on the route to the location of the WP. It would be great if in such a case the WP would shift to that node automagically. But I totally don't know if that's possible. I think the zoomfactor plays a role in the accuracy of placing the WP. The more you zoom in before clicking, the better the position of the WP seems to be. And I think that's odd since the + shaped cursor, when you hover the route line, indicates you are ON the route line.
