Samsung Galaxy tab active 3 on my Kawasaki. It's in a Brodit active holder. I first mounted it on the upper bar, which is an accessory. The device was shaking there while riding, because of the RAM mounts used. A better fitting solution would likely solve the problem, but I simply fitted it at the second best place, between the handlebars. [image: 1752409138688-samsung.jpg] This solution is a lot cheaper than a DMD2 or Carpe Iter. The fitted is fine tuned to my height, so I can see all the instruments and warning lights while riding.

@David-Kelly, Like other already said, it is easier solved by just starting your navigation from the routes menu. It is a bit strange to start routes from a GPX when you already have them in your app.

Traffic and Road Conditions: The TomTom Rider 550 has live traffic information and road hazard alerts. If the device detects slow traffic flows, accidents, roadworks, or other delays along your route, it can estimate a longer travel time. This can explain why the estimated time on the TomTom sometimes increases significantly. How long are your routes? The longer they are, the bigger the difference can be.

Als verkeersincidenten en verkeersinformatie aanstaat kan het zijn dat je route omgeleid wordt om deze te vermijden. Mocht deze aanstaan, uitzetten (zowel in de Drive app als in de 1095) en kijk wat er met je MRA route gpx 1.1 gebeurt. Zet eens herberekenen uit zoals Marinus al schreef (indien mogelijk want op de meeste outdoor toestellen van Garmin kan dit niet en dan wordt er herberekend rekening houdende met de voertuiginstellingen; dimensies) en kijk wat er dan gebeurt. Indien niet mogelijk ga je je route eerst in MRA web routeplanner moeten optimaliseren om zo min mogelijk afwijkingen te krijgen. Kan je hier een link plaatsen van je route zodat ik deze eens kan bekijken hoe deze er uit ziet en suggesties doen.

@Nomko-Nomden I was given the tip to take the photo using your device’s native camera app. The resolution of that photo is much better than the MRA in-app camera functionality. And just before saving the track, add the photos. Don’t ask me why, but the photos really are better when you take them with your device’s native camera app!

@RetiredWingMan Hi, I've done all that....I think....but still can't access the map offline..... I've downloaded the region map but when I try to download the route I don't get the "offline" option on the export scroll wheel just the GPX 1.1 etc. So when I go to use offline mode it says "no routes could be calculated using your offline maps and I need to turn off offline maps. I'm confused! Downloads maps for the region(s). 2. Download the route(s). 3. Set offline opperation / navigation in the options. 4. Start your route navigation

Ik kan het moeilijk uit de startpost halen. Is het startpunt nu wel of niet geraakt? Dat maakt inderdaad heel veel uit. Oftewel @jean-marie-dirix heb je voor het startpunt al een andere richting gekozen of ben je kort na het startpunt (die je dus wel geraakt hebt) van richting veranderd.

I compared both because I wanted to get the smaller one at first. But the parallel test shows me very clear: with the bigger one, now finally I can read p.e. city names on map during the ride. Also in bright sunshine! Decision for T865-X was made quick! MyRoute-App is running well on the device. I only wait since a long time for integration of Remote-2 controller from DMD - to not any longer need to touch the screen during ride
