CarPlay not outputing nav audio from route

I started a route from CarPlay and the audio directions to my helmet headset were not coming though. I switched to another navigation app (inRoute) on CarPlay and the audio navigation prompts came through just fine. I tried turning the CarPlay device off then on again, but the MRA nav prompts were still not coming through. Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

That’s exactly how I have it set up:

As I mentioned, audio is fine for other CarPlay nav apps, only MRA has the issue.

Anyone else have this issue and use a Carpuride CarPlay screen?

I have a similar issue, but not using Carpuride or other device. I am using it in the car through cars system. It connects as a music source, so you either get music and nav from your phone through the car system, or you get to use cars radio and no nav instructions. When using MRA, if you turn volume up for nav instructions, it also turns music volume up, making it impossible to hear nav instructions. Tried many ways. Google maps works fine, but you can set the option in google maps to play audio through bluetooth as voice. This just creates a tel call to the car every time an instruction comes through. This option does not exist in MRA
