MRA Next and Android Auto is not a good match

Yesterday I have tried MRA on a ride with friends, but again it didn't work out for me and during the ride I switched to OSMAND, which worked without issues. Later that day I bought a one year subscription for TomTom Go app. In a year I will drop by again, but for now I'm fed up with all issues I have with MRA. In the winter time I did all kind of tests and sometimes new versions were released which were real improvements. But ... I want to start the riding season with a hassle free and working navigation app. Configuration is Pixel 8 phone with Android 15, Chigee AIO 5 Play with firmware 1.5.9, MRA version 4.3.8 - 386.
Issues I experience:
- When I have stopped, e.g. at a gas station, and want to resume my trip, the AA screen freezes. When I stop again and try to restart the route on my phone, this is only happening on my phone, not on the AA device. That remains stuck. This had been resolved earlier in 4.3.5 - 378, but now occurs again.
- Automatic zoom doesn't work anymore. Also not when I use the Dynamic Compass view. This is also the case when the buttons are hidden.
- Buttons are often not hiding after the screen has been used. Then the stop-button overlaps max. speed indication
- Recording tracks doesn't start when I start a route or track from AA. It only starts when I open the app on my phone.

I think its best to create a support ticket because most of the problems you mentioned have been resolved except for the zooming thing. That is still aan ongoing pain in the a... But great assured, it will be fixed

@Léon-Hassing The same problems with me. Unfortunately, Android Auto is not working stably yet. Sometimes it helps to unlock the phone .... but sometimes not.

If it happens again make shure to put in a service ticket. It is not supposed to do that anymore -
I have to mention that the problems are not really solved. There is a bit of improvement, it does seem to hapen less, but regulary the connection to AA stops working, MyRoute app not responding and the screen freezes. And zooming is just not working.
I already have a support ticket opened and uploaded a log a few weeks ago.

@Jan-50 It seems that it's depending on the brand of Android Auto and the combination with the phone. I use an Samsung S20FE and generaly I don't have any problems. It happens every once in a while starting up when I didn't use MRA for a couple of days. Restarting Android Auto does the trick in thoose cases for me

Excepto el zoom a mi me funciona bien por ahora con el carpuride y un xiaomi, no se que hay que hacer para que funcione el zoom automático
