Track planning?

Hello,
my Name is Daniel and i am totally new in using MRA, but not new in planning my Routes and tracks. I am working with Basecamp for almost 15 Years now.
My question is, is it possible to plan tracks with the Routeplanner? I want to plan my "Routes" as tracks, to decide by myself, where i want to drive. I am an offroad enthusiast and need to plan tracks on a lot of "non-routable" paths like singletracks, mountain streets etc...
