New HERE maps + extra map layer for trucks & motorhomes

Hey all!
Based on a suggestion by @Kai-Schmitz we have a quick update for you all!
The HERE maplayer of the website has been updated to the latest version! This to map the experience between the website and app.
Besides that, a new logistical maplayer has been added (as already existed in the app). This maplayer is automatically selected for truck & motorhome routes (in the HERE map) and shows:
- more focus on primary roads
- environmental zones
- vehicle restrictions

@Corjan-Meijerink is the routing / display of the route now identical between the web planner and the app? when offroading with the "skip" waypoint that is.

@mdj Completely supporting skipped waypoints in the navigation module is still something we need to fully support!
