English Maps in Japan

Hello,

I have run in to this problem with Calimoto already and have they informed me the feature is not available "yet"! Question, is it possible to change the maps from Japanese to English here in Japan ? I'm adding a preview of what I'm seeing as the names of places are all in Japanese ? I'm currently a REVER subscriber and they "do support" english maps in Japan hence am I'm asking as this seems like a rich app and I'm keen to hear if this is possible ?

@Arch, If I look at Japan in OSM mode I see what you saw. But If I switch to the HERE map, it shows indeed names in "normal" alphabet. The use of HERE and TomTom maps is indeed only possible in a paid subscription. You can do some testing for the ultra-low price of € 5,95 per month. I'd say that's pretty cheap.
