Navigation Address Wrong

Interesting Nav address problem - looked up a Sports Bistreaux to have an afternoon adult beverage - first surprise is that the Nav had the name/address of the place - perfect, hit go.
Turns out, while the address is correct, the Nav guided to an undeveloped lot.
Finding this quite odd, I verified it with Google Maps, which had the correct address also, but guided to the correct spot.
The difference is about 1/2mi.

@Corjan-Meijerink I had the exact same issue in Maine going to a Dairy Bar for ice cream. Oddly enough, the map even showed the name of the Dairy Bar in the correct location but when I typed in the name, it sent me to a house down a back road.
