I have a route which I want to convert from tomtom to here, but it says it cannot calculate a part of the route. It seems strange as 1) I can reach a waypoint but somehow I cannot go back and 2) if it's not that waypoint the problem, there are plenty of alternative routes in case one road is closed.
I also checked with google maps and there seems to be no problem reaching and leaving that waypoing, so I suspect there might be a bug in the HERE maps.

      the route is here:

@cvlmtg It is not a bug at al! Firstly, waypoint 2 is not on the road but outside of it. Make sure to place all your waypoints directly on the road surface. If you move waypoint 2 a bit more in the direction of the main road, the route will work. Is it intended for you to deviate from the main road at the location of waypoint 2? If not, then place your waypoint exactly on Via Enzo.

I would also recommend placing more than 3 waypoints. If the intention is to follow that exact route, having so few points increases the likelihood of being presented with a different route along the way. Adding multiple via points and/or shaping points at strategic locations will indeed ensure that the route is followed as you intend.

Something is wrong with WP 2.
Place it at the beginning of this hill.

I see that, but it confuses me a bit, because if I press "help me solve this" the route from point 1 to 2 is calculated correctly, but not from point 2 to 3, so point 2 position didn't seem to be the cause.

I would also recommend placing more than 3 waypoints. If the intention is to follow that exact route,

The "real" route is another one, this is a copy I created with just the minimum points needed to replicate the problem.

            Thanks!

@cvlmtg Is your intention to drive up that road to waypoint 2? If not, move it to the mainroad and problem is solved?
