Adding a third device to my subscriptions

Good Afternoon, I have a Gold subscription to the route planner and the Navigation Next subscription. This is installed on two of my phones. What do i need to do to purchase a third device subscription? Is there a "single" device add on, or do i have to purchase a completely new subscription which would allow two more devices to be added?
