    Good morning everyone, I wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem with the intercom and CarPlay. I connect the intercom (Cardo Edge) to my iPhone, and when I use CarPlay (Carpuride 702), everything works perfectly. In fact, with this setup, I can also use the Cardo app. So, everything works fine. When I open the MRA Navigation app, the audio is muted; I can't hear any of the directions or speed camera alerts. But, of course, the background music plays. In fact, if I go to the app's audio settings, I get a red alert indicating a problem (but it's not a volume issue). If I open the app, not connected to CarPlay, but with the intercom still connected to my iPhone, everything works perfectly. I've opened a ticket with support and am waiting for a response. But I wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem.

      The solution is to connect your phone to the Carpuride and than you will have to connect the Carpuride to the intercom.

      met een R1250RT met TFT en BMW Connected Ride App (die dus nog steeds niet voldoet!) ;
      de Garmin Zumo XT en M.R.A. in combinatie met de Carpuride W702 (voor Android op de Motor!)

        The solution is to connect your phone to the Carpuride and than you will have to connect the Carpuride to the intercom.

        @white.mouse Yes, I know, thanks. But doing so, you can't connect the intercom directly to the phone, as you can't use its native app with its features. In many iOS apps (Music, for example), you can select where to send the audio stream.I was hoping the same option would be available in MRA.
        I'll send you an example.

          Did you try to connect you're phone to you're cardo on channel 1 and the carpuride as gps to chanel 2

          R1250GS. Started with a Zumo 550, BMW nav IV, Carpe-iter and now Chigee met MRA app.

            Did you try to connect you're phone to you're cardo on channel 1 and the carpuride as gps to chanel 2

            @Leike-Lodiers I've already tried, but the audio stream (music, for example) keeps shifting, and at a certain point you can't hear the directions anymore since it's connected directly to the intercom and not to CarPlay. The only stable solution I've found is to connect only the CarPlay to the intercom. I hope MRA adds a feature (like Apple Music) where you can manually select the audio stream path (since only the Intercom is connected to BT). Now it automatically sets the audio stream to CarPlay, even if there's no Intercom connected to CarPlay. Sorry, I hope I was clear. Thanks

              Oke today did a tour and on my phone (samsung) and chigee (aa) the sound was oke. Music payed and when there was a message from mra the music dimmed en the route sound was oke. I have the cardo connected to my phone.

                I have a similar issue: I'm using a Chigee AO6 CarPlay screen on my bike, with an iPhone 15 Pro Max connected to an inter phone UCOM 16 headset in my crash helmet. When I am following routes via the CarPlay interface, the spoken directions are muted to a level I can't hear. If however I play some music through the iPhone music app, the spoken directions mute the music and are perfectly clear to hear. That means I have to listen to music in order to hear the spoken routing instructions... Any idea how I can unmute the spoken instructions when music is not playing?

                  @Paul-Stratton The problem is very similar: but I never hear directions. I hope the problem is solved quickly.
