Statement about OSM issues

Sorry for the issues with OSM the last days
We have been working very hard to get it resolved!

A lot of services were impacted such as cycling routes, all OSM routes, scenic routes (web & app) and roundtrips (web & app). This is never intended to happen and should not have happened after our extensive tests.

The outsge wasn’t caused directly by our last update but it was a nasty coincidence.

The current solution does result in our scenic route generator using a previous version meaning it’s lower quality routing again with the existing issues. But at least it’s working again

Well for sure it’s more important that the rest is up and running! The new overlays and improved RouteXpert library are still as announced.

We will try to roll out the improved scenic routing again but now we can quickly revert back to a stable version again when that does not work as expected.
