Application crashing on iOS

I have been using Search lately to create a quick route from current location to the close destination. When I reached the destination and drove past it, I've gotten the message:
I have observed that the GPS signal was lost (?!) and that might have been the reason for the message.
That happened to me on multiple occasions. First time the App asked me if I want to send the data log (I do not remember the exact wording,) and I did.
Also, when I use this method, there is no voice announcements at all; is that normal?
