Routes on MyRouteApp not corresponding

When using MRA Nav and want to download a route from website. The list of routes don't always correspond. If I make an alterations on the website ie; change route name, Navigator still shows old name and route and vice versa. If I change route details in Navigator they don't show on website. Why is this?

Only change routes or routenames on the website.
