CarPlay no routes offline

Hello, just start using the app and when I’m offline can’t see my routes in CarPlay any solution to fix it ?

Hey, did you download the maps to your phone beforehand so you can be offline? You also have to allow offline in the navigation settings.

Yes i did, it just give me a black screen on the chigee AIO 5 BME edition
