anyone offering lessons?

Hi all, I just signed up for lifetime gold membership but I am really struggling to use the app and its resources. I want to plan a 7 day round trip on Motorcycles starting from Monza and ending in Monza. I have a good idea of the routes near me and I want help creating a big loop. I find that the app is not at all intuitive - having used google, waze and the bmw connected app it is easy to put two points in and then drag the route where you want it - I am sure you can do that with this app but I cannot. I also get strange results for example I ask the app to plan a route from Livigno to Merano indicating I want the windiest route with the biggest height difference and the app does not take me over stelvio?????? I would be prepared to pay someone to teach me - if they are a motorcyclist with apine experience all the better. Any offers (yes I know there are you tube videos, I wantched a couple and they were not hellpful to me)

@riccardo-brizzi Have you come across these videos ?.
I watched them all and I can do all my routes with ease.
I'm still learning too. Take a look, settle back with a cup of tea, and I'm sure, like me, that you'll be up and running in no time.
Good luck.

You could try my guide here.
It's a basic set of tips aimed at beginners who've used the planner website and navigation app, but haven't managed to discover all the features, and may have got frustrated.https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/5002/tips-for-a-relative-beginner?_=1708336257237
It's not an attempt to be comprehensieve - just to cover what is obvious to experienced users, but which elude the rest of us!
There's stuff on planning and also the MRA nav app. If you don't use the app, then ignore that bit, the planning tips will still be relevant.

If you have teams/zoom, I am happy to spend an hour with you to see if there are some quick fixes.
To answer a couple of your questions. Stelvio, do you have seasonal closures on? do you have toll road avoidance on?
You can place a waypoint at start and finish, then when you want to shape it, just grab the line and it will create a via point.

Hi Riccardo,
I think you have seasonal road closures activated, so won't be routed via the Stelio, as it might still be closed.
Regarding the training:
I think the idea with the videos will help a lot and give you some more insights.
We are all still learning new things day by day and yes, it is very helpful to get some lessons, but this is nit that easy.
I have been lucky, that @Jörgen did s very nice and helpful workshop.Perhaps somebody else will do something similar.
There was a question about a chance for an online training, but I can't remember what the outcome was.Greetings
Tom
