Nog een kleine editing tool erbij?
-
In bijlage heb ik een voorbeeld gegeven in een pdf file.
Je kan aan je Routepunten" 2 zaken meegeven.
1 = De Naam = 1 lijn

@Hans-van-de-Ven-RouteXpert
I see two options:
make a word version of the downloadable doc so everybody can add what they want
for Peter to test: there are pdf-to-word convertors on the internet. Maybe you can test that to makea word doc

@Drabslab
Hi Drabslab. Indeed, I think that is a great idea. Making a downloadable doc that is easy to edit. That would be a nice start.About Pdf converter. I do have a professional version from Acrobat-Adobe.
Ever tested?
I can convert filePdf files to cvx, xls, docx and pptx.
But I can't edit it well in any of them. You should try it.
Text, figures, colors, .... all combined blocks. Very difficult to edit between them.
1 Expanding the system would be great
2 Making a downloadable doc would be also a very good start. -
try this: https://www.freepdfconvert.com/pdf-to-word
it depends a lot on the way the pdf is made. pdf is an umbrella under which there are many different "formats", some totally protected (like an image), others fairly easy to convert.
But MRA delivering an editable version would indeed be fantastic (and I think technically not very difficult either).
Depending on the circumstances it could also include making a powerpoint or excel file of certain data. -
@Kegels-Peter In addition, pdf certainly has its remits and advantages, certainly used within a lay-out and printing context, and in some cases for protecting important documents (although this is very relative).
However, it tends to be used accross the board also for cases where it somewhat downgrades the quality of the service provided.

Hello Drabslab,
Not everyone has "Word" on their PC / Mac, software for opening a .pdf can be downloaded for free.
-
@Hans-van-de-Ven-MRA-Master opening, or editing and changing?
-
@Drabslab editing is not possible as far as i know. The pdf file is build in blocks. If you want to insert data then the whole block is changing. It would be great if they can fix this problem.

I know, pdf is made to turn our beautiful computers into ordinairy fax machines
That is why it would perhaps be a good idea to only use it where necessary, and for tools such as MRA to provide output in an editable format that users can enrich in accordance to their own needs.
