<![CDATA[Routes not syncing to the mobile app]]>I've created a ride on the new software to the cotswolds this sunday. But on opening the route app on my mobile (android not apple), the route isn't showing.

I've changed my password for the mobile app (and the classic software) to the same as the beta software but the maps still aren't in the mobile app.

if i create a route on the old software it instantly appears in the mobile app.

Where am i going wrong?

Last time i looked there wasn't an update to the MRA app - it's there now and i've just updated and all good. MAGIC!

If you dismissed that before, go to the account page and scroll down. There will be a button to switch.

It asks automatically when paired with your old account. Pairing is done on beta.myrouteapp.com/classic

Only then will the new planner synchronize with the navigation app. It won't happen before that.

Allow the app to synchronize all your routes. You can enable this by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner, then scrolling down until you find 'Synchronize all my routes'.
