Most of the routes I plan start or end at my home address; looking at my routes this becomes quite clear as many are round trips. Even for multi-days trips I normally have a "master" route that will start and end at my place.

This one of the (or probably the main) reasons why I don't share my routes.

It would be nice if I could obscure/pixelate/shade a radius of a couple of km around my home address.

Just as an example, my home address would be somewhere cover under the gray circle:

Ideally also the waypoints on the left-hand side are hidden (otherwise they would reveal the address).

Finally, if another user uses my route, the waypoints covered under the gray circle should be removed (otherwise they would reveal the address).

Does it make sense?

Thanks!

Just start and end your routes 1 kilometre from your address. Your navigation device will guide you to the start and I guess you know where you live to return the final kilometre without guidance.
