<![CDATA[Skip square symbol in the Waypoint attribute pop-up window?]]>I looked up the documentation on Waypoints and did not find the description / explanation there.
I am talking about this one:

What is the purpose of it?

Also, if I activate it to Skip this waypoint, the route just changes to where there is no road:

Useful when the system does not want to use a section of road or ferry.
