Can someone explain how the "Split Route function works. I'm planning a long trip and want to start a new route at the hotel we are landing at for the day. I see the split route function but don't quite know how to do it? Will it create a separate route where you split it?

You get two new routers (part 1 and part 2) split there where you want the original route to split. You can name them separately and the original route still is there under it's own name

Have the gold plan. So when I choose "split" there was a next button, and 2 boxes to name it? Will this create a new route that I can name day 3? Thanks for your help.

Then on the web planner select routpoints and choose the one where you want to split it. Choose split. That's it
